- Express Shipping: $5 upgrade

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
- Standard Shipping: $6.99
- Express Shipping: $19.99

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (BEYOND NEW ZEALAND)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
- Tracking details are automatically emailed once your order ships
- Track your order directly through Australia Post's website using your tracking number
- Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch
- If your tracking hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact us at hello@heypeeps.com.au
DELIVERY ISSUES
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Australia Post handles all deliveries. They may leave your parcel in a safe place, or leave a collection card. Check your tracking for updates or contact Australia Post directly.
What if my order is delayed?
Check your tracking first. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@heypeeps.com.au with your order number and we'll help investigate.
What if my order is lost or damaged in transit?
Contact us immediately at hello@heypeeps.com.au with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with Australia Post to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your sunglasses.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address before shipping, contact us immediately at hello@heypeeps.com.au.
